Lunch will be served in our festively decorated Play Barn, where you can enjoy a delicious lunchtime meal while the kids have fun with our indoor play equipment. Let them burn off some energy before the excitement of a special visit from Santa right at your table! Afterward, each child will have the chance to meet Santa personally and receive a wonderful Christmas gift to make the day even more memorable. Tickets are non-refundable as per our online booking Terms and Conditions, although partial refunds may be granted in extreme cases, subject to a 15% transaction fee. Online tickets can only be rescheduled once and are not transferable to other events or farm visits. They are also subject to availably on the preferred swap date.

FAQ’S

🎄Can I sit with my family or another family?
We will do our best to seat families or friends at adjacent tables, but seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed. To increase your chances, we recommend arriving early and queuing for your session.

🎄Will we be sitting on our own table?

Due to the limited number of tables you may be sat with another family. We will try our best to sit you on your own table but this is not guaranteed.

🎄How long is the queuing time?

Queuing times can vary depending on demand. We recommend arriving early to minimize your wait, but please note that wait times cannot be predicted or guaranteed.

Queuing is not essential or necessary unless you want to increase your chances of sitting on a specific table or close to friends.

Unfortunately, we do not offer seat reservations. Seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend arriving early to secure your preferred seats.

🎄What time can we get in?

Doors to the playbarn will open at the start of your session time.

Breakfast 9.30am – Brunch 11.30am & Lunch 1.30pm and not before.

Your wristband must be shown upon entry and you will be allocated a seat/table by our team.
